We facilitate a series of Strategy Workshops in which key stakeholders align on program goals, identify target participants, clarify communications needs, and agree on immediate priorities.

Transition.

We provide the tools to recruit, train (see our Training options) and equip Volunteer Leaders to increase participation across the company and deliver Transformative volunteering experiences.

Launch.

We design a launch plan, including change management and communications, that invites all employees to contribute in regionally relevant ways under a shared approach to volunteering and giving.

Measure.

We finalize a logic model and measurement framework with lead and lag indicators to track and measure program activity and results, leveraging existing tools and platforms.
