In 2020, in the wake of George Floyd’s murder, countless companies made commitments to becoming anti-racist in some form or another. Four years later, where are we now? What DEI commitments have we been able to work toward? What commitments have fallen to the wayside as other issues come and go? What does it look like to recommit to the work of anti-racism?
