UN CIRCLEIMPACT 2030

In 2011, the United Nations Office of Partnerships asked Realized Worth to develop what has evolved into the global initiative now known as IMPACT 2030, a private sector led initiative to mobilize employees globally to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. Multiple partners have made it possible for this initiative to thrive.

MICROSOFT CIRCLE

Microsoft

Researched and outlined a potential Global Giving Strategy that identified the interests of employees while communicating the company focus and offering strategic support for each level of involvement.

 

GENEN CIRCLE

Genentech

Identified and onboarded strategic nonprofit partners for micro-volunteering program launch (Genentech Gives Back Online).

 

BALL CIRCLE

Ball Corporation

Expanded the Community Engagement Program by identifying focus areas, implementing workplace giving/hours tracking tool, developing volunteer program policy, and mobilizing employees.

 

EMERA CIRCLE

Emera/Nova Scotia Power

Expanded the Community Engagement Program by identifying focus areas, implementing workplace giving/hours tracking tool, developing volunteer program policy, and mobilizing employees.

 

MAC CIRCLEMAC Cosmetics

Developed the M∙A∙C Team Grant Program which incentivizes employee volunteerism and increases the impact M∙A∙C employees can have on their communities by allowing them to earn grants for MAF grantees in the communities where the employees work and live.

ABBOTT CIRCLEAbbott

Developed a global strategy that included a comprehensive self-assessment process and the tools to advance the practice and impacts of existing employee volunteering activities.

McDonald’s Corporation

Developed a global Employee Volunteering and Giving program by identifying the interests of employees while communicating the company focus and offering strategic support for each level of involvement.

 

CHARITIES CIRCLE

Charities@Work Annual Summit

Produced the International Employee Engagement Summit in April 2013, NYC. Included content development, speaker selection, promotion, marketing and all elements of project management for the 2013 annual conference.

CNO CIRCLE

CNO Financial Group

Implemented a benchmarking process enabling a broad review of existing practices and revamping the company’s CSR strategy. The report offered analysis of volunteer programs, workplace giving, philanthropic donations, and broader CSR strategies and programming upon reviewing a selection of peers within the financial services industry.

ADOBE CIRCLE

Adobe

Provided a workshop for global summit of CSR team participants to enable the Adobe team to take their company’s workplace giving and volunteering program to the next level. Participants played an active role in learning and sharing for the benefit of all group members.

AREVA CIRCLE

Areva

Developed an integrated corporate giving and employee volunteerism program that creates clear linkages between business competencies and community investment activities. Key to its success is generating buy-in and active participation by middle managers and frontline supervisors.
